  • Waiting on a tracking update

  • Concerned about a delay

  • Received the wrong size or item

  • Facing an issue with payment or address

  • Subject line: Include your Order ID
    (Example: “Order #404042 – Size Exchange Request”)

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Any relevant images (for defective/damaged/incorrect items)

Return & Exchange Queries

We want you to love what you wear. If something feels off — size, fit, or print — we’re happy to help.

Before reaching out, make sure to check our detailed Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility criteria. If your request qualifies:

Send us an email with:

  • Order ID

  • The issue you’re facing (size doesn’t fit, misprint, etc.)

  • Photo evidence (if needed)

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
