Return & Exchange Policy

At 404 Threads, every piece is made just for you — printed on demand with care and intention. That means we don’t mass-produce or keep ready inventory. Because of this unique model, we only accept returns or exchanges under certain conditions.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The item delivered is different in design, size, or color from what you ordered.

  • The product has a manufacturing issue (such as a print error or poor stitching).

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues due to incorrect selection

  • Minor color variation (actual color may slightly differ due to lighting and screen settings)

What We Need from You:

To process your request quickly, please send the following to support@404threads.in within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear images of the product, showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Important Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

  • Once verified, we’ll offer either:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges (Size or Style):

As each item is printed only when ordered, exchanges for size or design change are unfortunately not possible. We urge you to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Cancellations:

Since we begin production as soon as you place your order, cancellations or edits can only be accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the order is locked for processing.
