1. What kind of products do you sell?

We currently offer premium printed crop tops for women — each design is curated with storytelling, mood, and aesthetic in mind.
Whether it’s celestial vibes, sitcom references, or minimalist quotes — our pieces are made to feel personal and expressive.

More categories (like hoodies, oversized tees, and co-ords) may be added soon as we grow.

2. Are your crop tops ready stock or made to order?

All our crop tops are made-to-order — meaning we only produce them after you place an order. This allows us to:

  • Minimize fabric waste

  • Reduce storage and overstocking

  • Deliver fresh prints every time

It’s our way of staying sustainable and conscious — without compromising on quality.

3. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart, including bust, length, and shoulder measurements.

Here’s what to do:

  • Grab a top you love the fit of

  • Lay it flat and measure it

  • Match it with our chart

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment options via our secure payment partner:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Razorpay Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select orders

Our checkout is encrypted, and we never store your payment details.

5. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available in most locations across India.
Please note:

  • COD may incur a small additional fee

  • High-value orders may require a confirmation call

  • Orders with repeat COD rejections may be restricted in the future

6. When will I receive my order?

Since everything is made fresh:

  • Production time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping time: 7-10 business days (depends on your location)

You’ll receive email/text updates throughout the process.

Fun fact: Most of our customers receive their orders within 7–10 days total from the order date.

7. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
You can also:

  • Log into your 404 Threads account (if you created one)

  • Or simply email support@404threads.in with your order ID

We’ll track it for you.

8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us.
After that, your crop top enters production and can’t be cancelled — since it’s made to order.

9. What if I received a defective or wrong product?

Oops! We’re so sorry.

In such rare cases:

  • Email us photos of the product within 7 days of delivery

  • Make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • We’ll offer a free replacement or refund

Our quality check team inspects every item, but printing defects or courier mishaps can happen — and we’re always here to fix it.

10. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, but only in these cases:

  • Received wrong size or design

  • Product is damaged or misprinted

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues due to incorrect selection

  • “Change of mind”

  • Colors looking different due to screen brightness

Tip: Always check the size chart and design description before ordering.

11. How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), your refund is processed:

  • For prepaid orders: Refunded to your original method (UPI/card)

  • For COD: Refunded via UPI (we’ll ask for your UPI ID)

It takes about 5–7 business days after approval.

12. How do I wash & care for my crop top?

To keep your top fresh and print-safe:

  • Wash inside out in cold water

  • Do not bleach or wring

  • Air dry in shade (avoid tumble drying)

  • Do not iron directly on the print

This ensures the design stays vibrant for long.

13. Do you offer gifting options?

Currently, we don’t offer gifting/wrapping services — but it’s on our roadmap.

Want to send someone a crop top? Just mention their address at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. You can email us if you’d like us to exclude pricing from the invoice.

14. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but we’re working on it!

15. Can I customize my crop top?

Right now, we don’t take personal design customizations.
However, if you're a creator or brand looking to collaborate — we’d love to hear from you.

16. What printing method do you use?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing on 180 GSM bio-washed cotton.
This ensures:

  • Smooth texture

  • Sharp design quality

  • Long-lasting prints (when cared for properly)

17. Why is my print slightly different from the mockup?

Mockups are digital previews. Since each crop top is individually printed, minor differences in placement or color depth can occur — which is totally normal in print-on-demand products.

We promise the final piece still looks amazing. ✨
