404 Threads is a made-to-order fashion brand focusing on high-quality printed crop tops. We’re a direct-to-consumerbusiness that collaborates with Indian print-on-demand suppliers to reduce waste and deliver more personalized fashion.

By accessing our site, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old, or using the site under parental/guardian supervision.

  • Providing true and accurate information when making a purchase.

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products & Availability

Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen display differences.

  • All product images are mockups and meant for visual reference only.

  • Designs are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) or similar methods — subject to slight differences depending on fabric and batch.

Stock & Availability

Because items are made to order:

  • We do not carry bulk inventory.

  • If any issue occurs with stock, fabric, or availability, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative.

3. Pricing, Payments & Orders

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payments

We accept:

  • UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking (via Razorpay)

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) — where supported by our logistics partner

For COD:

  • Partial prepayment may be required during high-traffic sales

  • Please ensure your shipping info is accurate to avoid failed deliveries

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you'll receive:

  • An order confirmation email with your order ID

  • A separate shipping email once your order is dispatched

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

  • All items are made-to-order, so allow 3–5 business days to print and prepare your crop top.

  • Delays can occur during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen vendor issues.

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Remote or outstation areas may take longer.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your item ships.

Delays & Issues

404 Threads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier company delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Address inaccuracies provided by the customer

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a strict quality check process, but in rare cases:

Eligible Cases:

  • Wrong item or size delivered

  • Defective or damaged print/product

  • Print quality not matching description (subject to review)

To qualify:

  • Must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Ineligible Cases:

  • Size issues due to not checking the size chart

  • Change of mind

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Used, washed, or altered garments

📦 Return shipping costs (in case of valid issues) may be covered by us, subject to approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • For COD orders, refunds may be issued via UPI or wallet transfer

6. Privacy Policy

Your trust is everything. All your data is stored securely and used only for:

  • Order processing

  • Shipping communication

  • Newsletter and offers (with your consent)

We never share or sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

  • Only one discount code can be used per order.

  • Discount codes may not apply to ongoing sale items or bundles.

  • Promotions may be withdrawn without notice.

  • First-time users can use code: FOUNDYOU11 for 11% off (limited use per customer)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including:

  • Designs

  • Illustrations

  • Text

  • Logos

  • Product names

…are the exclusive property of 404 Threads or its design collaborators.

Any unauthorized use, copying, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use this site:

  • For illegal or fraudulent activity

  • To spam, hack, or transmit malware

  • To violate any intellectual property laws

  • To attempt to copy or reproduce our original content or design work

If you misuse the site, we reserve the right to terminate your access immediately.

10. Custom & Bulk Orders

At this time, we do not offer custom designs or bulk orders through the website.
